Finesse Mortgage Services was founded in 2013 and is a family run mortgage advisory business under the Sesame network. The principal, Nikki Osborne (formerly Chesson), has over 25 years experience within both Financial Services and Estate Agency fields. In 2016, Sophie joined the team at Finesse and in 2020 became a fully qualified CeMap advisor too.

Nikki Osborne
Nikki worked for Your Move as a Senior Financial Consultant as well as for Lloyds TSB as a Financial Adviser to gain her experience and qualifications. She was very successful with both companies helped many customers with their mortgage and protection.
Nikki felt restricted in the advice she could give and wanted to be able to work closer with her clients on an ongoing basis. Nikki believes in putting the interests of her clients first and specialises in communicating what can sometimes be complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Sophie Ray
In April 2016, Sophie joined the business as an Administrator, helping the business to expand, dealing with the re-mortgage clients and general day to day administration. She loves staying in touch with the customers and updating them on their journey and is always there to help with booking appointments for Nikki or on the other end of the phone to help.
Sophie is a fully qualified mortgage advisor and believes in putting the interests of her clients first and specialises in communicating what can sometimes be complex information in a clear and concise manner.
