Would definitely recommend Finesse Mortgage Services. Nikki and her team managed to help me secure my first mortgage a couple of years ago. Stress free, nikki took over control of the whole process in regards to organising the mortgage, which then enabled me to look for properties as that in itself is stressful enough. A couple of years later due to circumstances changing I need to take out a second mortgage, I believe without Nikki and her teams help there would’ve been no way of me doing this as I didn’t even know where to start! Nikki has been there for me from day one and I can’t recommend highly enough. We even made an offer on a property and changed our mind halfway through as we saw another property which we preferred. This meant we had to change mortgage details and without hesitation Nikki and her team managed to sort this within the same day. What an amazing experience we have had with Nikki. Fantastic service from start to finish, the developer had multiple delays which was stressful and frustrating but thankfully because of Nikki and Sophie our mortgage was arranged very quickly and we managed to keep the offer until the developer were ready to complete.

Every question we had was answered straight away and both were always available and very professional because I am sure we had some silly first time buyer questions! They could not do enough for us and as a result the mortgage process was the easiest part of moving. I can not recommend them any higher and I will without a doubt use them again when we move next time.
